Red Beans And Rice With Sausage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 (16 oz.) can drained kidney beans
smoked sausage (1-inch cubes)
1 can beef broth
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. dried oregano
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 1/2 c. Minute rice
Preparation

Melt butter and saute vegetables until soft.
Stir in beans, broth, water and seasoning.
Bring to boil and stir in rice. Cover and remove from heat.
Let stand 5 minutes.
