Stuffed Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. cooked rice
2 lb. ground meat (1/2 pork sausage and 1/2 ground beef)
1 head cabbage
1 (1 lb.) can sauerkraut
1 can tomato paste
2 c. water
1/4 c. red wine
sour cream
Preparation

Brown the meat slightly and drain.
To the meat, add the rice, 1 egg, 1/2 cup chopped onion, 1 tablespoon parsley and 1/4 teaspoon each of garlic powder, paprika, pepper and salt.
Mix well.
