Biscuits For Shortcake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1/4 to 1/2 c. sugar
    3 tsp. baking powder
    salt to taste
    1 stick margarine or butter
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix as for pie crust.
    Place on floured board and roll for about 8 biscuits.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
