Funny Cake Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 cup white sugar
1 tbsp. butter
2 eggs separated
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
2 tbsp. flour
Juice from one whole lemon squeezed
1 unbaked pie shell

Preparation

Blend together the sugar and butter.
Stir in egg yolks, milk, flour and lemon juice.
Beat 2 egg whites and then add to the above mixture.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake in oven at 325 for 40 minutes to 1 hour.
Top will be like sponge cake, bottom like custard.
