Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. salad oil
2 c. grated carrots
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

In a separate bowl, mix flour, salt, cinnamon and baking soda. In a bowl, beat together sugar, eggs and oil until well blended. Add grated carrots and pineapple.
Add flour mix and vanilla; mix. Bake at 350\u00b0 in greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan 45 minutes. Frost with Cream Cheese Icing.
