German Potato Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. diced potatoes
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. chopped carrots
    5 c. water
    4 chicken bouillon cubes
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/2 lb. diced Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Cook until tender the potatoes, onion, pepper, carrots, 5 cups water and chicken bouillon cubes.
    Add cream of chicken soup and cream of celery soup.
    Add Velveeta cheese.
    Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until cheese melts.
    (You can use 1 cup chopped celery instead of 1 can cream of celery soup.)
