King Salmon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can salmon
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    2 pkg. gelatin, dissolved in 1/2 c. cold water
    1/2 c. catsup
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Drain salmon and reserve liquid.
    Flake salmon.
    Soften gelatin in cold water.
    Combine salmon liquid, catsup and vinegar; heat to boiling.
    Add softened gelatin to hot mixture.
    Gently blend salmon, celery and onion with hot mixture.
    Stir in mayonnaise.
    Pour into fish-shaped gelatin mold.
    (Crown with a foil crown!)
