Fried Peach Pies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. dried peaches (located in the dried fruits and nuts section of store)
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. Crisco vegetable shortening
Preparation

Remove the peaches from the packages and place them in a medium pan.
Cover with water.
Boil the peaches until soft. Remove from the heat and pour off water.
Put peaches in large bowl.
Mash them with a fork until the texture is very fine.
Add the sugar.
Stir well.
Set aside.
