Cole Slaw Mackinac - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium head (2 1/2 lb.) cabbage
2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. chives, chopped
2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. celery seed
3 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Preparation

Trim cabbage; quarter and cut out core.
Shred or finely chop cabbage.
Combine vinegar, lemon juice, chives, parsley, celery seed, sugar, salt and pepper in large bowl.
Add cabbage; toss to mix.
Add mayonnaise and toss gently until cabbage is coated. Cover and refrigerate.
