Meat Stuffed Manicotti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. Ronzoni manicotti
2 Tbsp. olive oil
3/4 lb. ground sirloin
1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1 egg
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
2 to 3 c. of your favorite Italian sauce
Preparation

Bring water to a boil; add 1 tablespoon olive oil and pasta. Cook until it is slightly undercooked (pasta will be firm, but not hard).
Drain and rinse in cold water; leave in water.
