Italian Sausages - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large diced onion
    1 diced green pepper
    1 can tomato paste
    1 1/2 cans water
    8 links Italian sausage, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
    salt and pepper
    garlic powder
    oregano
Preparation
    Saute onion and green pepper.
    Add sausage and let brown.
    Add tomato paste and water.
    If too thick, add more water.
    Add spices, using oregano generously.
    Let simmer 45 minutes.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
