Pasta With Broccoli And Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. virgin olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch strips
2 c. broccoli florets
1/2 can crushed tomatoes (approximately 14 oz.)
1 tsp. dried basil
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
salt and pepper
1/4 c. dry white wine
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
1 Tbsp. butter
1/2 lb. bow tie pasta
Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Heat oil over medium heat.
Saute garlic until golden brown. Add chicken strips and saute until white and almost completely cooked (7 to 10 minutes).
Add broccoli and saute until still crisp.
Add tomatoes, basil, red pepper, salt and pepper.
Add wine, chicken broth and butter.
Cook until heated through (5 minutes), stirring frequently.
Toss with fresh cooked bow tie pasta.
Serve with Parmesan cheese.
