Penne Pasta Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef or ground turkey
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 can (14.5 oz.) Hunt's diced tomatoes with basil, garlic and oregano
    1 can (6 oz.) Hunt's tomato sauce
    12 oz. (about 3 1/2 cups) uncooked penne pasta, prepared according to package directions
    3 cups (12 oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
Preparation
    Cook beef or turkey until crumbly.
    Drain.
    Stir in diced tomatoes, sauce and 1/2 cup water.
    Season to taste, heat through. Coat a 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan with Pam spray.
    Combine cooked pasta with meat-tomato mixture and 2 cups mozzarella cheese.
    Pour into baking dish.
    Top evenly with remaining cheese.
    Bake uncovered in a preheated 350 degree oven for 20 - 25 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.
