Ingredients

3/4 c. milk
4 or 5 eggs
2 oz. pepperoni, sliced
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Place cheese and pepperoni on bottom of an 8-inch pie plate.
Set aside.
In a bowl mix eggs, milk and basil.
Pour into pie plate.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until inserted knife comes out clean.
Makes 6 servings.
(Replace milk with 1/2% to 1% milk, eggs with Second Nature No Cholesterol Egg Product and cheese with Kraft No Fat cheese for low fat, low cholesterol version.)
