Jam Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, well beaten
    3/4 c. butter
    2 heaping c. jam (strawberry, blackberry and plum at least; may also include raspberry, peach, apricot and cherry)
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. walnuts
    1 tsp. soda, mixed with the buttermilk
    1 c. brown sugar
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. allspice
    1 c. raisins (mix of brown and golden)
Preparation
    Cream butter.
    Add sugar.
    Add eggs.
    Add jam.
    Add flour and spice alternately with buttermilk and soda mixture.
    Fold in nuts and raisins.
    Bake in Bundt pan at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Once baked, keeps several weeks.
