Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
    1 medium zucchini, sliced (not peeled)
    1 lb. ground beef, browned with 1 medium onion and drained
    salt and pepper
    1 c. cream of mushroom soup, reduced with 1 can water
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Arrange potatoes in flat bake pan, then layer of zucchini, layer of meat and the cheese.
    Pour soup over top and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
    This is a one dish meal for 2 to 4. Delicious with fresh bread.
