Foolproof Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. flour
1 3/4 c. shortening (some margarine)
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vinegar
1/2 c. water
2 tsp. salt
1 egg
Preparation

Mix first 4 ingredients with fork.
In separate dish, beat remaining ingredients.
Combine the two; keep stirring with fork until the ingredients are moistened.
Mold the dough with hands. Chill for at least 20 minutes before using.
Dough can be kept in refrigerator until used up.
