Ground Beef Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 onions, chopped
    5 carrots, diced
    6 pieces celery, diced
    4 potatoes, diced
    salt and pepper
    1 beef bouillon cube
Preparation
    Put salt and pepper into meat; form into medium sized balls. Drop into rapidly boiling salt water.
    Add all the vegetables in order given.
    Lastly, drop in bouillon.
    Cover and reduce heat to medium-low.
    Cook for 1 1/2 hours.
    Serve with Italian bread.
