Margaret'S Blueberry Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. oil or melted shortening
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. blueberries
Preparation

Sift flour, baking powder, salt, nutmeg and cinnamon in one bowl.
Cream sugar and shortening.
Add egg and beat.
Add dry ingredients alternately with milk.
Add blueberries last.
Before putting in oven, sprinkle generously with white sugar.
Bake in greased and floured 9 x 12-inch pan for 40 minutes at 350\u00b0. Delicious served warm.
