Orange Soaked Angel Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 angel cake (8 to 9-inch round)
    1 pt. fresh strawberries, sliced
    1 c. blueberries
    2 kiwi, cut in half lengthwise and sliced
    1/2 c. apricot fruit spread or orange marmalade
    1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. Grand Marnier or orange juice
Preparation
    Place cake on serving platter.
    Using meat fork, pierce top of cake at 1-inch intervals.
    Set aside.
    Combine fruits and set aside.
    Combine last 3 ingredients.
    Microwave on High 1 to 2 minutes.
    Stir.
    Toss fruit with syrup.
    Spoon fruit over cake, allowing syrup to soak into cake.
    Cover and chill before serving. Makes 12 servings.
    One serving:
    229 calories, no fat, no cholesterol and 346 mg of sodium.
