Orange-Honey Glazed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless, skinned chicken breasts, halved
    1/2 c. unseasoned dry bread crumbs
    3 Tbsp. salad oil
    3/4 c. orange juice
    2 Tbsp. honey
    2 tsp. Dijon style mustard
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. parsley
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1 medium onion, sliced thin
Preparation
    Coat chicken with bread crumbs.
    In large skillet, heat oil; brown chicken on both sides.
    In small bowl, blend remaining ingredients, except onion.
    Pour over chicken.
    Add sliced onion. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 25 minutes.
    Baste with sauce occasionally.
