Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 baked 9-inch pie shell
1 qt. strawberries
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
whipped cream
Preparation

Take half of the strawberries and crush them.
Stir in cornstarch, sugar and lemon juice.
Cook the strawberries and cornstarch mixture in a pan until liquid becomes clear and thick. Let mixture cool.
Cut rest of the berries in half and fold into the cold berries.
Fill crust and refrigerate.
Serve with whipped cream.
