Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole fryer chicken
    1 box Ritz crackers
    2 sticks butter
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. sour cream
Preparation
    Boil chicken; remove from bone.
    Melt 1 stick of butter. Crumble 1 to 2 sleeves of Ritz crackers into butter; mix, then line bottom of baking dish.
    Add chicken.
    Mix together 2 cans cream of chicken soup, sour cream and broth from boiled chicken (about 3/4 cup or enough to make mixture thin enough to pour over chicken).
    Melt the other stick of butter and crumble into it 2 sleeves of Ritz crackers (crushed).
    Layer across top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 35 minutes, or until brown on top and soup bubbles.
