2 c. plain yogurt
1/2 c. sugar
2 egg yolks, beaten
1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. lemon rind, grated
2 egg whites
1/8 tsp. salt
1 graham cracker pie shell
Preparation

To yogurt, add sugar, egg yolks, flour, lemon rind and lemon juice.
Beat egg whites until stiff; fold into yogurt mixture. Pour mixture into graham cracker crust; bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
Serves 8.
