Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

fresh broccoli, steamed and chopped or 10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, slightly thawed
1/2 stick butter
1 onion, chopped
3 cans chicken broth
1 qt. half and half
3 Tbsp. flour
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Melt butter in large saucepan and saute onion until clear. Add chicken broth.
Mix flour with 1/2 cup half and half.
Add slowly to broth mixture.
Cook until desired thickness.
Add broccoli and remaining half and half and heat through.
Salt and pepper to taste.
