Microwave Quick Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. ground meat
    1/2 c. water
    8 lasagna noodles (uncooked)
    1 1/2 c. small curd cottage cheese
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    32 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
Preparation
    Crumble ground meat in colander over mixing bowl and microwave on High 5 minutes, stirring halfway.
    Discard drippings.
    Combine meat, sauce, water and Italian seasonings; set aside.
    Combine cottage cheese, egg, parsley, pepper and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese in separate bowl.
    Pour 1/4-inch meat sauce in baking dish.
    Layer noodles, sauce, cottage cheese mixture, then Mozzarella cheese. Cover with plastic wrap.
    Microwave on High 8 minutes.
    Simmer (1/3 power) for 20 minutes; sprinkle on remaining Parmesan cheese. Allow to stand 15 minutes before serving.
