Alpine Appetizer - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
4 bacon slices, crisply cooked and crumbled
3 eggs, beaten
2 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
1/4 c. green onion slices
1/4 c. milk
Preparation

Combine cheeses, bacon and onion.
Combine eggs and milk.
Add to cheese mixture and mix lightly.
Bake in greased 8-inch square pan at 325\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Test for doneness by inserting silver knife which should come out clean.
Cut into squares to fit on stone ground crackers.
