Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. margarine
1 c. liquid shortening (oil)
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. white sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
4 c. flour
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. baking soda

Preparation

Sift together flour, cream of tartar and baking soda.
Now mix in margarine, liquid shortening, powdered sugar, white sugar, eggs and vanilla extract.
Roll into balls, dip into sugar and flatten with a glass dipped in sugar.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
