Ham And Cauliflower Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cauliflower
    1 c. chopped, cooked ham
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. crushed crackers
    1 to 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan or American cheese
Preparation
    Cook cauliflower using package directions; drain.
    Place in buttered 1-quart baking dish.
    Sprinkle with ham.
    Melt butter in saucepan.
    Stir in flour, salt and pepper.
    Add milk gradually. Cook over low heat until thickened and smooth, stirring constantly.
    Pour over ham and cauliflower.
    Sprinkle with cracker crumbs and cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until golden. Yield: 3 to 4 servings.
