No Knead Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk, scalded
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    1 cake yeast
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. lukewarm water
    1 egg, well beaten
    3 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Combine milk, shortening, salt and sugar. Cool to lukewarm. Add egg and yeast, then add flour. Pinch off pieces of dough and place in well-greased pans and bake at 375\u00b0.
