Chicketti(Or Chicken Cacciatore) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (4 lb.) hen or capon
1 medium onion, chopped
12 oz. pkg. spaghetti or elbow macaroni
1/4 lb. grated American cheese
1 small can pimento, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 can tomato (optional)
1 small can peas, drained (optional)
Preparation

Cook hen until tender, remove bones and dice.
Add water to broth to make 2 quarts.
Add onion and cook for a few minutes. Add spaghetti and cook 20 minutes.
Add celery, pimento and soup, stirring occasionally while adding ingredients; cook a few minutes.
Add chicken, season to taste with salt and pepper and cook longer, stirring from bottom.
Place in casserole and cover with grated cheese.
Brown in oven about 30 minutes.
Will serve 10 to 15 people.
