Mushroom-Chicken Saute - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts (any parts will do)
    4 cloves garlic
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 bunch onions or 1 whole onion
    2 Tbsp. honey
    1/4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. peanut oil
    2 Tbsp. flour
    seasoning salt, black pepper and red pepper to taste
Preparation
    Season chicken.
    Chop onions and garlic.
    Saute in oil and soy sauce.
    Add chicken to pan and saute lightly.
    Add flour, cream of mushroom soup and water.
    Cover and let simmer on low heat for 30 to 45 minutes. Serve over rice.
    Serves 4.
