Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. corn meal
1 c. cream style corn
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
2 jalapeno peppers, chopped (seed and all)
few shakes garlic powder
3 Tbsp. baking powder
2/3 c. salad oil
2 c. grated sharp cheese
1 c. sour cream
2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
Preparation

Mix all ingredients, except cheese.
Pour half of mixture in well-greased hot skillet (iron is best).
Sprinkle half of cheese over corn bread mixture.
Pour rest of corn bread over cheese. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
