Baked Fish Fillets(In Wine Sauce) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. fish fillets
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    2 Tbsp. onion flakes
    1 c. white wine
Preparation
    Season fillets with salt.
    Place in Corning Ware baking dish in which you have melted the butter, oil, parsley flakes and onion. Simmer about 15 minutes after adding wine.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
