Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (16 oz.) cans sauerkraut, drained and rinsed
    1 chopped green pepper (1/2 c.)
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1 c. finely chopped celery
    1 chopped small onion (1/4 c.)
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine sauerkraut, celery, green pepper and onion. Mix sugar, vinegar and oil; stir until sugar dissolves.
    Pour over vegetables and toss.
    Cover and chill mixture for 3 to 24 hours.
    Serves 6 to 8.
