New York Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
16 oz. sour cream
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 lb. (1 stick) unsalted butter
5 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Allow cream cheese, sour cream and butter to come to room temperature. In a large bowl, blend all ingredients, except eggs. Beat in eggs one at a time and mix well. Pour mixture into a greased 10-inch spring pan. Place in a larger pan with 1/2-inch water in it. Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 1 hour. Remove form pan of water carefully and cool. Put your favorite topping on when serving.
