Braunschweiger Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. braunschweiger, mashed
1 Tbsp. onion, chopped fine
1/3 tsp. garlic powder
1 raw egg
1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
salt and pepper
Preparation

Stir together and make a mold or ball.
If you wish to frost the ball, you will need 1 more 8 ounce package of cream cheese. Make a day ahead as it is a bit bitter if used immediately.
