Cherry Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

1 pkg. chocolate cake mix
3 eggs
1/4 c. oil
21 oz. can Wilderness cherry fruit filling
1 c. sugar
5 Tbsp. butter
1/3 c. milk
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation

Combine cake mix, eggs, oil and fruit filling.
Mix until well blended.
Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
