Peach Crunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sliced peaches (fresh or canned)
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    6 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
Preparation
    Place peaches in baking dish.
    Sprinkle with lemon juice.
    Mix flour, sugar and egg until lumpy.
    Spread mix over peaches. Pour melted butter over top.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes. Serve warm with ice cream or Cool Whip.
    Serves 6.
