Cheese Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. boiling water
    2 c. potatoes, chopped
    1/2 c. carrots
    1/2 c. celery
    1/4 c. onion
    salt and pepper (optional)
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/4 c. flour
    2 c. milk
    2 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese (10 oz.)
Preparation
    Combine water, vegetables and seasoning in large pan.
    Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
    Do not drain.
    Make white sauce with oleo, flour and milk; add cheese.
    Stir until melted.
    Add corn and undrained vegetables.
    Heat.
    Do not boil.
