Appetizer Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 lb. pork sausage
    1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk
    2 c. oatmeal
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    2 to 3 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    2 c. catsup
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. liquid smoke
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 c. chopped onions
Preparation
    Mix meat, milk, oatmeal, pepper, chili powder, garlic powder, salt and eggs until well blended.
    Shape into walnut-size balls. Place in a large roasting pan.
    Top with a sauce made of catsup, brown sugar, liquid smoke, garlic powder and onions.
    Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Freezes well.
    Can be used as an entree with rice.
