Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
    2 large eggs
    1 c. milk or cream
    2/3 c. brown sugar
    4 to 8 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. blueberries, fresh or frozen
Preparation
    Whisk together thoroughly flour, baking powder, salt and nutmeg in a large bowl then set aside.
    Whisk together in another bowl the remaining ingredients except blueberries and add to the flour mixture.
    Mix just until moistened.
    Batter should not be smooth.
    Fold in 1 1/2 c. fresh or frozen blueberries.
    Divide the batter among the paper muffin cups.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
