Steamed Meat Dumplings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground pork
1/4 lb. shrimp, peeled, deveined and chopped
3 green onions, chopped
1/4 c. minced water chestnuts
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 egg, beaten
1/2 tsp. Accent
1 pkg. wonton wrappers
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except wontons. Put 1 tablespoon filling in center of wonton. Fold 4 corners up to center and twist around filling. Steam for 15 to 20 minutes. Dip in 1 teaspoon lemon juice mixed with 1/4 cup soy sauce.
