Tasting-Is-Believing Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fryer chicken, cut in pieces
    6 Tbsp. oil, butter or margarine
    1 envelope dry onion soup mix
    1 (1 lb.) can whole cranberry sauce
    1 (8 oz.) bottle creamy French salad dressing
Preparation
    Remove the skin from all chicken parts.
    Lightly brown the chicken and place in bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
    Combine other ingredients and pour over the chicken.
    Cover with foil and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
    Remove foil and continue baking 15 minutes more.
    Serves 4 to 6.
