Grandma Klauser'S Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. chopped apples
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. salad oil or 1 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
1 pkg. butterscotch morsels

Preparation

Mix apples and sugar; let stand.
Sift dry ingredients; mix with apple mixture.
Add egg, oil, vanilla and nuts; mix well. Pour package of butterscotch morsels over top.
Bake in a 9 x 13-inch greased and floured pan at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
