Hadas' Pretzels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    4 c. flour
    1 egg, beaten
    coarse salt
Preparation
    Measure warm water into large mixing bowl.
    Sprinkle on yeast. Stir until looks soft.
    Add salt, sugar and flour.
    Mix and knead.
