French Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. cinnamon
    dash of vanilla
    6 to 8 slices bread
    oil
    butter
    syrup
Preparation
    Heat oil in skillet.
    Mix together first 5 ingredients.
    Dip one slice bread into mixture and fry until golden brown, about 2 minutes each side.
    Remove from skillet; add butter and syrup and serve.
