Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. buttermilk
    5 Tbsp. flour
    4 eggs, separated
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1 stick butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream butter, sugar and egg yolks.
    Add flour; stir in buttermilk.
    Mix well.
    Add egg whites (beaten) and vanilla.
    Mix well.
    Pour into 2 pie shells.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
