Venison Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 lb. ground venison
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped parsley
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/4 c. butter
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Saute
    onions,\tparsley
    and garlic in butter.\tCombine onion mixture with meat and seasoning.
    Form into patties and grill to desired doneness.
