Pimiento Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. processed yellow cheese (Velveeta)
1/2 c. milk or cream
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/16 tsp. red pepper
1 can pimientos and juice (4 oz.)
Preparation

Cut cheese into 1-inch cubes and melt slowly in double boiler with milk or cream.
Heat slowly for 30 minutes and then stir well.
Continue over very low heat until all cheese has completely melted.
Add Worcestershire sauce, red pepper and pimientos with juice.
Mix well and store in refrigerator.
(Melting of the cheese with the milk or cream in it can be done in the microwave.)
